Yes, we are married and work and live together all the time! That makes us a family business that is interested in people. Some find it hard to believe that we are married and yet work so well together. Having sharp instruments in our hands is a great deterrent to arguments!

Because of our knowledge of the industry and what you as a stylist are looking for in shears, tools, etc., many have assumed that we are stylists. Our customers are often surprised to hear that we are not stylists. This is because we have invested much time in getting to know our clients, including what their wants and needs are. We have done our best to understand what you as a stylist go through when your shears are not working properly or the different techniques that you use your shears for. We have come to learn what most stylists like and don’t like and we use this information to improve our service and what we have to offer.

We pride ourselves on being a "small business" which gives one-on-one personal attention and believes in true customer service. We believe that a personal touch, honesty and trust are lacking in much of business today. We are not salesmen!!! We are there to help you, not cheat you!
